While T-Rex’s movement is about community and culture, we know that solid technology is what keeps the engine running smoothly.

We chose to work hand-to-hand with Arbitrum, via Arbitrum Orbit.

It’s a battle-tested, Ethereum-secured Layer 2 that gives us the speed and negligible fees a modern digital ecosystem needs.

Other documents will outline a deeper tech dive, but investors and developers will appreciate that under the hood, T-Rex has serious horsepower.

Transactions confirm in fractions of seconds and cost fractions of a cent, meaning all those micro-engagement rewards and in-game actions can happen fast and at scale. By leveraging Arbitrum’s stack, we didn’t need to reinvent the wheel on the consensus or security layer, because we stand on the shoulders of giants.

This frees us to innovate where it matters: the UX layer and the community features.

Our Proof-of-Engagement data is handled with care, using tech such as zk-proofs to ensure privacy, and our infrastructure is optimized for high-frequency actions common in gaming and social apps.

For those building on top T-Rex, rest assured: this dino is standing on a solid foundation of code and cryptography.

It is also backed by prominent investors such as North Island Ventures, Portal VC, Framework Ventures, Ark Stream Capital, Arbitrum, SNZ, or Coin98. Besides, it has a foothold on both Asian and US markets, with significant distribution potential and know-how.

This design choice is based on a list of first principles.
