# Persona Layer: Passport, Badges, Validators

If the chain layer provides scale and security, the Persona layer provides meaning.

This is where a wallet becomes a full profile, anchored by a Passport and enriched by Badges. Validators issue these badges from on-chain and off-chain activity, making each Persona verifiable and alive.
